I can't sign transactions in Sparrow

I'm using Sparrow Wallet with my full node at home, and just tried to sign my first transaction using Sparrow and said node. I connected my coldcard via usb-c to usb3.0 cable and Sparrow says "no matching devices found" when scanning for a hardware wallet to sign with. I have tried two cables and two different USB ports. Coldcard is ready to sign. I'm not sure what else to try, thanks.
