How to run a secret code?

I would like to run a code on the same blockchain principle of Bitcoin (many people decentralise it and get rewarded for doing so). BUT: No one except of me should ever be able to get to know how some part of the starting code works.

I basically want to hide the code behind something similar like the 12 secret key words.

How do I do that?
