How do I monitor an BTC address

Hey everyone, wanted some advice, I have a ledger where I hold my BTC and for monitoring purposes (do not want my BTC to get stolen!) I wanted to know if you can monitor addresses/wallet balance, without logging onto the Ledger app.

I have my xpub address. Apologies if this has been asked before
