Help with automated DCA

Hi guys, I’m currently DCAing manually on coinbase and would love to automate as much as possible. The optimal method I think would involve these 3 steps to be performed automatically and as quickly as possible:

  1. Directly deposit from paycheck into exchange
  2. Direct conversion of deposited USD into BTC with the lowest fees and spread
  3. Direct withdrawal of converted BTC into bitcoin wallet, but every withdrawal is made to a new receive address

Any ideas for achieving this? Do any services like this exist?
