From hot wallet to coldcard through mixer?

Could someone explain me how to move bitcoin safely from my hot wallet to my coldcard through mixer/coinjoin (don't know if it's the same thing)?

I heard there's way to mess up the coinjoin so that you're still tracable, so I just want to be safe.
