Exchange recommendation BTC/EUR

Hello everyone.

I am trying to identify the best way, economically speaking, to buy BTC with Euro and send it to my ledger wallet.

I used in the past FTX and crypto.com. FTX is busted and CDC Eur deposit is down. I cannot use binance in the country I am currently resident.

I tried Ramp, directly on the ledger app. I works flawlessly but the overall cost is close to 4%. This is thru a SEPA bank transfer.

Can you please give me your recommendations?
