Crypto within a Self Directed IRA

I am curious if anyone out there owns a SDIRA that allows crypto? I have been thinking about opening one so I can transfer my work IRA into it and purchase crypto and precious metals... Any thoughts or advice?

Also is BTC a buy at the current price or do you think it might go back down again?
