Buy now or wait?

I have saved around 5k euros to buy bitcoin. I should have bought back when it went to 15k but i was greedy ans waited for lower prices even thought i was ready to pull the trigger.

Should i buy now before any huge pump/bull run or wait? What would you guys do?
