At what point will only HODLERS hold?

As the title says, at what point will hodlers "own" BTC? I get it big business if you will is now part of BTC, however just excluding that best we can, how long before all the BTC or atleast a fair amount of BTC is locked up in HODLER hands? With these prices I see many BTC being locked up forever, tho we could maybe see it go lower even from here with a little luck.
