"Inadequate funds in wallet balance" error after successful link of Bank Account -I am still waiting for a reply from Binance US...-
I am using the Binance US iPhone app. I have linked my bank account for ACH transfer. I have verified the two mini deposits they have made on my bank account and everything (apparently) worked as expected. Now when I go to "buy crypto" I can select both the coin and my linked bank account for ACH. It would seem OK.
However, after the "confirm purchase" screen, I get the error "Inadequate funds in wallet balance". Why?
I have even tried to deposit USD from my linked Bank Account to my wallet (using the same ACH option), but I get the same error. Obviously, I have funds for the purchase in my bank account.
I do not understand. I contacted Binance US, which has confirmed receiving the ticket. No reply yet...
Has anybody experienced the same problem?
