Hello everyone! I have a quick question.
What is the best way to contact Brave Support? I created a post on the Brave Community Page with the tags "Support and Troubleshooting" and "Desktop Support". Unfortunately, it's been 4 days and nobody has responded. I described the problem in a detailed manner and provided the necessary information.
I'm wondering if I did something wrong, or if 4 days is a typical wait time.
One further question: Is there a more private way to contact Brave Support without posting on a public page?
