Confused about this Token

Hello! I‘m pretty much a noob here and I am really confused about this token and the Staking. I have had BNT for a year on Binance and I also have a Ledger. I want to stake but all the instructions and tutorials are so confusing and complicated. I just want to stake BNT and earn some passive rewards. Stake and forget about it and check again in a year or so. Can someone please guide me in a simple manner step by step what to do or show me where can I get this information easily?
