Binance can't retrieve my unlisted coin after they took it to their hot wallet from my own wallet

Hello guys I have deposited GST via the solana network to binance and it arrived successfully on the Solana explorer and when I have realized my mistake I have contacted the support and submitted 3 negative replies but that's not my problem to be honest my problem is that they actually took my coins to their hot wallet after 5 days of my deposit and they didn't want to send it back to me which they could do it so what I can do ?
